Brad Grossman, a native New Yorker, is the Founding Principal and Executive Project Manager of 1640 Management. A graduate of the University of Albany with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Brad’s journey into real estate and construction began in 2003 when he purchased his first rental property on Long Island’s North Shore. This experience sparked his passion for the industry, and in 2004, he took the next step by purchasing land in Southampton to build his first spec house.

With over 15 years of experience working with Pam Glazer Architect, Mbley Handler Interior Design, and George E. Vickers, Renata has honed her expertise in project management and design coordination. Renata joined 1640 Management and quickly took the lead on several high-profile projects. Her design experience fosters a strong relationship with the design team, allowing her to expertly navigate even the most complex details. With an impeccable eye for detail, Renata oversees every step of the process, from construction to completion, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow throughout each project.
