Brad Grossman

For over 20 years, entrepreneur Brad Grossman has established companies which focus on providing exceptional services to discerning clientele in the realms of real estate development, construction, and hospitality. Brad credits his entrepreneurial drive to growing up on the North Shore of Long Island in close proximity to New York City. He founded his first venture at the age of 15, which he eventually developed into Creative Solutions 4 Entertainment, a successful full­service event and marketing firm. After graduating from the University of Albany with a degree in business, he grew his company to exclusively specialize in large high-­end events for large companies and high-­net­-worth clientele in New York City, South Florida and the Hamptons.

Brad’s first foray in real estate was in 2004, when he built his first spec house in Southampton. This process ignited a passion for high­-end architecture and design, which Brad has pursued ever since. In 2005, Brad co­founded Nolita hotspot 24 Prince, where he designed an elegant atmosphere for an eclectic downtown crowd. To date, Brad has has built and renovated over 100,000 square feet of custom luxury properties in the Hamptons, NYC, and the North Shore.
